Your claim for Mars land through Mars Register and Celestial Sales will be confirmed in 3 Claim Certificates and a Declaration of Intent [a single bundle of 4 PDF documents] which are available for immediate download after making your claim. You will also get an email from SendOwl containing a further link to download your certificate bundle.
Each claim is filed at the Mars Register and entitles the claimant to be included in our "single possession claim" of Planet Mars. If successfully registered [via UN] with title to the Mars land, The Mars Trust will be formed. All claimants will be beneficiaries. In that case all claimants will ultimately receive either actual Mars land or a payment fee for the land from the UN. This is described in more detail at the mars.sale website "Overview" section and also on the "what do I get" page: "what do I get?"
In brief, if the UN can update the Space Treaty then they have a preferential right to aquire all Mars land shares for a nominal fee. That fee shall be paid to each land claimant (you), and will be only $1000 in year one (2017), but doubles annually after that, such that by 10 years the fee will be $1 Million. This creates a financial pressure on the UN to update the Treaty ASAP in order to gain control of all land shares for an excellent price, but still offers a great dollar reward for all Mars land claimants. If within 10 years the UN fails to update the Space Treaty (to the satisfaction of UNGA), then the Mars Trust is dissolved and all claimants will get actual Mars land deeds. For all claimants other than a smaller number of preferential land claimants (they get the land they requested), the land plots are issued by random lottery. All claimants will get at least one plot, with each plot measuring between 25 and 100 square kilometers in size! Now the land might need to maintained as common land, but that does not in practice reduce its value very much (see the legal issues page at mars.sale: Legal Stuff
In order to gain title deeds to land on Mars we must successfully undergo International Legal Due Process (via UN and possibly the Permanent Court of Arbitration in The Hague (PCA). The PCA has written to us to confirm it stands ready to provide this service once we have appropriate consent from the UN (COPUOS and GA). As a requirement for our appraisal for title registration, we must submit an 'Application for First Registration to Land on Mars' together with all necessary supporting evidence for our claim. The key document for that is our MARSREG1 application form (see image).
